Hot Cross Biscuits

Coming up with ideas for a cook book involves a lot of trial and error. This idea worked well although the method I had in my head needed changing quite a bit when it came to execution.

I am very pleased with the outcome of this bit of invention.

Somehow I seem to have eaten more than 50% of it though...
