Second Snowy Sunday

Woke up to a world of proper fluffy snowflakes blanketing the trees. Last Sunday's snow had pretty much melted and today's did a good job of turning our corner of the world into a winter wonderland. So W. and I decided, after it had more or less stopped, to walk to town. By mid-afternoon the trail had slushed over and the going was sloppy. On the way home the sky lit up blue with dramatic clouds, the kind that make our little patch of earth feel quite small (extra). Fixed a pot of chili for dinner and am ready to call it a day!
