Sunday: West End

Another glorious day so today’s walk took us down Davie, Denman, along the waterfront and back up Bute to Davie.  Always lots to see along there, including some lovely West End houses and apartment blocks.

P & J popped round this afternoon to drop something off.  It was lovely to see them and we stood on the back deck chatting for about 10 minutes.  The message from the Provincial Health Officer is that we need to have a ‘hard push’ and, if numbers improve, there might be some easing of restrictions at the end of the month.  Fingers crossed.

K. cooked up a glorious ramen from scratch tonight.  

P.S.  Looking back at my journal for this time last year it was round about this time that I started mentioning COVID and Coronavirus.  Who would have thought then that it would turn our lives upside down.........?
