Welcome to the church entrance porch of St Stephen, Snainton in the Church of England Diocese of York.

This is on the main road from Scarborough to Pickering and is a favourite with Summer Brides.

Too often the traffic drives by without a second look, but I think this entrance is quite majestic - especially on such a grand day like this !

The start of March tomorrow and another step towards Spring. I thoroughly enjoyed Les Mis yesterday, but it was second best to the stage performance. Still trying to catch up but thanks to all for comments.
