Lexy's house

This is one of the prettiest houses in Melvaig, and I love the tree which is the only decent one for miles; I don't know how it has managed to survive all the storms of the decades.

Unfortunately, it has remained empty for the past 3 years (I think) since Lexy died.

So often this happens up here. Lovely old places are often left to rot whilst folks make up their minds what to do with them.

I hope that the next time I take this shot there will still be a roof on the house.
