No place to swim

I feel sorry for these ducks at the moment. They have had a tough time lately. I last blipped this spot at the end of the very cold spell in January when the ducks were all huddled together in the one small gap in the ice.

I mentioned then that work was about to start on renovating the lake and ponds. It is well under way now and the lake has been drained. Sadly no-one seems to have considered the fact that this is the poor ducks' home. I am afraid they will have to live with it much like this until June.
