Helena's birthday flowers
It has been cold, and intermittently overcast today. When I first looked out of the window this morning I saw a sprinkling of snow over all upstanding objects in the garden, although the general landscape seemed untouched. The sun did shine but only weakly so that the snow hardly melted.
By the time I thought about a blip, it was late afternoon and the sun was setting. I put a macro lens on the camera, probably not the best choice given the low light, and tried to get pictures of the various bunches of birthday flowers given to her by friends.
I'll probably blip the big bunch another day and 'try to do better' in the words of my early teachers.
