the look of a daughter

I get this look a lot. It’s necessary to be fair, Eve is good at popping me back in my place as required.

A day of home school - went really well actually and I didn’t fly off the handle or roll my eyes (much). Nor did the small ones.

Later I made use of Ant’s “pain cave” and felt better for exercise.

Gratefuls:

1. Antony being encouraging re exercise - he manages not to be patronising even though I’m woefully unfit;
2. All lunching together - still feels novel on a week day;
3. Hide and seek.
