Had a well deserved lie in then onto my bike for the La Sal southern loop, 10 mins of steep climbing and then some short intervals

Had a walk around the town for a take out hot chocolate before knuckling down to get my exam questions and answers done

Finished the day feeling like I’d actually had a weekend - a good feeling
