Romance

You would think that after all these years I would own a decent heart shaped cookie cutter.  The fact is that I don't.  I went to the store..  Nope they don't carry those.  Went to the craft store.  ...   Out of what I wanted but the gal did find me a pumped up version of what I wanted.  As you can see not only do they make a heart, if you press the button down, viola! they also convey a message. Well, that worked for me and here they are!    These are not your regular Scottish shortbread as these are made out of Almond flour and hopefully wont give me any grief in the nasal passages.   They don't taste too bad, but I wouldn't credit them as being Scottish Shortbread, though the author says they bring back the memory of those he tasted while living in said Country.   
    Thanks to all who are participating in the Mono Monday Challenge of Romance ( the 14th) in honor of Saint Valentine.   Someone asked why I didn't do it for next week, but then Saint Valentines day would be past!
