Tonight’s tea
This morning I’ve mainly being making Minestrone soup and Bramble and Almond cake for tea :-) (think the soup will be served in slices, bit more stock methinks)
In the Instagram world, folk have fully stocked fridges. I pride myself in my fridge being nearly empty the day before the “big shop”. One thing that’s been good about Covid-19 is that I’ve stopped dipping in and out of the shops every other day, and am making the most of what I’ve got.
