Sunset through the trees..

..and over the pond.
I was wondering what to blip today when I drove back up my lane and caught sight of the setting sun. I reversed back to get the best spot and took the pic through my car window. Job done!!

I got the results of my MRI on my shoulder today. I have a slight bone spur which is rubbing on my tendon and the impact caused water to build up causing the pain. I was given a cortisone injection which gave almost instant relief and now have to go for physio. If no better in 2 months I may have to have the bone shaved through keyhole surgery. Not too bad on the whole I guess.

Wonder when I'll be able to start Nordic Walking again.. :-)
