Snow day

Not such as good night with Darwin last night, he woke up most hours and wouldn’t settle unless he had a bit of fuss first. Kilda seemed a bit more interested in him this morning but then growled and snapped at him this afternoon while he was in his crate, not sure if she was a bit tired and grumpy. Watched a bit of the cricket when he woke up at 5am but he went back to sleep after a bit and so did I. Kilda and I had a nice 2 hour walk up Salisbury Crags to play in the snow that fell during the night. There were a few kids sledging with some parents that looked like they were “working from home”. I forgot to put coconut oil on her paws before going so when we got into the soft snow in the Crags it all stuck to her fur and I had to spend a good few times helping her get it off, but she did have fun though. Took some photos for the Abstract comp this month and some of Kilda in the snow. Afternoon of watching the cricket and a good win for England while bottling up some beer. This will be the last batch for a while until we have Darwin settled in. A quiet night in later as well.
