Snow had fallen ... snow on snow

Overnight snow compounded yesterday evening’s. Cars were stuck on our hilly road until the gritter came through. Sledging in the quarry park was a welcome break from screens and for parents WFH!
We walked the Brunstane Burn triangle and saw dippers, wagtails and two curlew. We met two snowmen at Joppa Pans and saw a dramatic snowbow before the snow fell thickly once again as we headed home. ManU beat West Ham 1- 0 in the FA Cup.
