Pancakes!

Today's last February challenge (saaaad face) is "something you look forward to in March". I really had to think about this for a while - yes, my life IS that boring - obviously I always look forward to spending time with my family and pets, but it had to be something particular to March.. and then I realised that there was something! In March, my hens start laying eggs, which means there will be scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelette, lovely yellow cake and pancakes! I never buy eggs in the winter, they are just so inferior to my free range hens' eggs, so looking forward to more options when it comes to cooking and baking :)
