Allanton

This afternoon I went to Allanton Peace Sanctuary and walked around the gardens and woods with Caroline. Its been about a year since I last saw her... too long. The snow drop in the grounds were stunning.

This evening I taught 2 yoga classes , my own and the other covering for a friend.
