College Bike

Last day of the competition. I was in Cambridge UK and there was some early spring sunshine. I liked the sidelight and the warm colours on the old stone wall so waited until a cyclist came by. I used a slow shutter speed to enhance the movement against the static wall. I think it was the quality of the light that lifted this from an ordinary photo. It broadly follows the two thirds composition even though there is no sky.
