Learning curve...

I recently bought myself a go pro and I took it with me on my walk through local countryside this morning. I like the diminutive size and portability of it but a high percentage of the half a dozen or so experimental shots I took had my finger or thumb on the edge of the frame. The camera also seemed to malfunction a little when I attempted a video. I hope that turns out to be a one off or something to do with user error but I doubt it will and I'm just hoping that I don't have to end up going through the rigmarole of sending it back..
