Rooster and Art

On a 3’ stump, standing a good 6’ tall itself, this colorful metal Rooster graces a backyard corner in my urban community.
Don’t know the artist....they don’t raise chickens.....not sure of the connection. But it certainly brings a smile - hopefully to all that view it. I know I’m still giggling.
