Wide Wednesday

The day started cold, but the sun was shining. After breakfast prepared for an Interval Class, which was good as usual, even if there were three disciplines, one 90secs, one of 60secs and one of 30secs, then a 60sec break before the next set. Really felt like everything had been worked this morning! 

After lunch popped into town for some shopping in M&S, before heading out into the wilds of Metcombe Down. This is where I took this image of the  sheep, wind turbines, and Bideford Bay. When I got out on the top road it was really clear over towards Wales, and also Lundy looked huge. Unfortunately I couldn't stop, so will have to do another recce, another day :-)
