Pastel de Nata

We usually go to Portugal for a holiday in February when its cold and snowy in the UK. The best I can do this year to to try and make some of my favourite Portuguese custard tarts. Yes they have the rolled puff pastry cases, a labour of love. Not sure I'm going to rush to make them again.  And they are so small you have to eat two at a time, so they'll not last long
