Hunting creepers

So now not only do I have a broken tooth but now I have tooth ache in another area of my mouth. Seriously it all felt fine until the other day. Still I guess I will get my monies worth. I am hoping it will all be under tier 2 nhs treatment because the price jump to tier 3 is a lot and not an easy amount to magic up. Oh and the boiler needs a service so need to find that money as well and I can't find the charge cable to my water flosser and I didn't sleep well last night and honestly I think I need more days off.
