Cold

We had snow today, just a few flakes, and only for a few minutes, to add to the little that had fallen overnight.

It was raw cold, and treacherous underfoot, but without any of the enchantment a real snowfall brings. They've got it in Yorkshire, they've got it in Kent, even, but we're still missing out here.
