Bread

This is the loaf I made yesterday, using 500g of granary flour, ready to be taken into the dining room for lunch.
It stands on the breadboard I bought from a super little shop called the Kitchen Range in William Street, when I first came here in 1967. As you can see, it has seen many a loaf and bread knife in that time.
