Our town is growing. Recently two Amish families have settled here with more on the way.

It’s definitely a different lifestyle. A slower paced, simplistic one that is in direct contrast to that of our modern world.

The families have already made a name for themselves, selling baked goods and homemade donuts on weekends. The children smile and wave as we pass by to go to the dump on Sunday’s. The men, constantly tending the farm or bartering for supplies with other townspeople.
