Becky Hair Flick

Woke up this morning after about 1 hours sleep all night due to tossing and turning, my brain semed to be on overtime coupled with a painfull piroformes injury flare-up. I think I agravated it in a fairly hard karate session on monday evening.
Work was eventful, a few meetings trying to get budget for kit that Noah used on the ark, then an upgrade cancelled due to no-one realising we had to change a data feed - too late in the day.

Evening meal cooked for all and a quick bath and stretch to try to ease my aching hip.
