Track by the River

I have had a very busy day today, starting with mowing the lawns, and doing some weed eating.  When it got too hot, I called it a day.  We took the grass clippings and some weeds to the Green Waste, then bought some plants at the local Nursery.  We will plant them in the cool of the evening.

After lunch I drove to Albert Town, and walked up the Clutha River.  Lots of activity, with speeding cyclists, and runners sprinting.  I had to keep moving to the side of the track when I either heard or saw them coming.

Another Friday so another weekend.  I hope yours is a good one.  As for me, tomorrow the church is organising a 4 wheel drive to the Nevis Valley.  As I haven't been there before, I am looking forward to the trip, and will probably be home quite late.
