This weekend • Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon • is the Great Backyard Bird Count, so I’ll be spending a good amount of time bird watching and logging what I see into my eBird app.

Having a late lunch, early dinner with Birgit today as we aren’t eating until 3pm. I’m having Imperial Chicken which is supposed to help bring me happiness in the Year of the Ox
With today being the Chinese New Year, how could we not have Chinese food for our meal today?!
