Sunrise.

What a stunning sunrise this morning.
It didn’t last long, but just managed to get my camera and take a couple of photos, from the bedroom window, before the colour had faded.

However we did our walk this morning, and although the air was very chilly, with a temp. of -2C the blue sky and sunshine once again made it very pleasant.

Just one very slippery path across the moor, but walking on the snowy grass made it easier. The pavements are now clear.

We had a delivery this morning ( new outside light). Very grateful for APC’s tracking system which worked perfectly.
I checked the progress of the parcel just before we were about to leave, and found out the driver was just down the road, so waited 5 minutes. Delivered bang on time. Parcel taken in, and we then set off on our walk.

Apart from the Hermes delivery to our granddaughter we fortunately haven’t had any problems with deliveries. ( Touch wood!)

Friday has come round very quickly once again. Just ordered our takeaway from the Deli. Tonight we are having :
Pizza garlic bread, Italian meatballs, Salt N Pepper calamari with garlic mayo, chargrilled chicken skewers, and skin on crisp fries. A portion each and we then share.
I have chosen a bottle of Rhone Red wine.
Good start to the weekend.
