Drama at Dawn

It was short-lived, but very dramatic whilst it lasted. Clouds now cover the sky so no more drama from the sun. Again very cold with a strong biting wind and looking very grey.
I spent much of the morning on the phone talking with two friends. It was not what I intended and the ironing still has not been done, but it was very enjoyable to catch up. What have our lives come to when Jon explains at length the challenges of their jigsaw and Adrian tells me about boilers and washers? It almost makes talking about vaccines exciting.
As for the rest of the day - nothing much of interest to report.
