Living Well

For years I’ve wanted to be involved in a charity which helps support homeless people. Today marks the beginning of a journey for me with Living Well. I’ve signed up to deliver food packages/help with the food bank and to take part in their music therapy group on a Friday. Of course at the moment there’s no singing to be had and we have to meet outside...so we heard from a fascinating man who told his story which was influenced both by Christian psalms and Hindu prayers. In the past, this man has worked with Mother Theresa in Calcutta. I see this as a brilliant opportunity for me to meet fascinating people.
