Ice (R)age?

The usual kind of rage in our village, vented with extreme regularity on the Facebook page, is about people not picking up dog poo. And so this was a refreshing change.
To be fair, there are ample parking spaces on our estate and it is pretty crazy to park on the bend of a road in snowy conditions, making it awkward to get past. But it wasn't me that wrote on his bonnet (honest guv)
