Trailing Velvet Plant

This is one of my house plants, Ruellia makoyana, from Brazil ,which is grown for its velvety foliage and occasional pink flowers.
I am rather fond of the white veining on its leaves and can forgive it for not flowering very often.
Another  bitterly cold, although sunny, day. Back home again from visiting my Mother; very few  photographic opportunities  today.
