Snowday 4
This morning I shovelled snow like a lunatic for an hour, and I am now close to being able to get my car out of the drive.
Snow clearance is always a fraught affair in this wee cul-de-sac, on account of two residents being utter cretins. Well three actually. The third (Mr Minger) seems to have realised I have little to lose these days, and could be dangerous.
He is not as stupid as he looks. Mrs Minger might be.
One resident is new since the autumn, and it looks as if he is in the cretin camp.
Having got myself drenched in sweat in spite of it being 1ºc while shovelling, it took me a while to recover. I did think of going for a walk in the afternoon, and then realised I am sick of the snow after this morning.
Anyway, I will be back at work tomorrow and if the weather forecast stays the same, I'll be walking to the Office. All this assumes I can get my clothes on tomorrow after destroying what's left of my wonky shoulder this morning.
I think I have found an acupuncture practitioner who is working, and she thinks she is allowed to operate at the moment. Well, vaccination first.
The Blip is the last of the afternoon sun disappearing.
