Thoughtless?

I love living here, but I will never get over the “everyone for themselves” attitude that has really shown itself more and more during this pandemic. Here’s a classic example of blocking the whole pavement with dustbins, meaning that no only do people have to wait to pass each other in order to be allow for social distancing, but they also have to step out into the road to do so.
My favourite part of all of this was the man who decided he would try and squeeze in between the tree, the curb and car and who then actually stopped to stare at me and give me a right evil look as I stepped right out into the cycle path to avoid the bins and him. Some people!
