Christmas/Simnel/February Cake

This has been a big part of my determined day. Normally at Christmas I make a Simnel cake because we like it, and it’s a lot easier, but as we were going to London for my follow-up appointment right at the beginning of January, I decided to wait, so today was the day. I put my wizzy chair in to the collage, not for sympathy but to encourage anyone, that even though some of us can’t stand to bake/or cook, or even make coffee, it can still be done. Having the oven on as well as the heating has certainly warmed up the house. Have a great weekend blipmates;0)
