Whilst walking to pick up the papers - spotted this derelict coal hole cover - still a common sight in older village properties - unlike me - it is unhinged on one side

Rest of day spent inside - no compulsion to go back out into the cold - especially since it’s accompanied with a raw north wind - added more pieces to current jigsaw - ordered more - read and watched Rugby
