Ice, ice ... baby!

This is at a client's house this morning! 
Overflow from cold water tank has been overflowing :/
When I got home mid afternoon my central heating had stopped working. An hour later and I had managed to get ice out of 10'  of pipe but no longer had any feeling in my feet :O
Two hot water bottles and two cups of tea as and I am about thawed out!
