Jeez Louise, it's absolutely perishing today but what a fantastic finger chilling, nose numbing, toe tingling walk.

It's been -3 degrees with a wind chill of minus 13 so when we hit the dizzy heights of 9 degrees on Monday it's going to seem tropical!
