Dislocated

Another shoulder dislocation for the same shoulder. It was a tough morning. I couldn’t be more proud of the way Colby handles pain, disappointment and fear. He is mature and calm.

We are all bummed by this latest set back for him and fear that this may be a regular occurrence for the rest of his life. This makes #3 with a surgery after #2. We’ll certainly follow up with his surgeon on Monday and discuss our next steps.

For now, he’s in a sling, he’s comfortable and we’ll get through this.
