The Thames is frozen at Teddington!!

So in the national news feed and sent to us by family it stated that a portion of the Thames had frozen over at Teddington, there were some pretty dramatic photographs so we headed down there, as we got closer to the lock there were loads of other people with the same idea but when we got there this was the extent of the frozen river LOL. It was a lovely walk though and really nice to go somewhere else for a change.

I’m a member of WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and today members were invited to a special workshop with Oprah Winfrey, it was really good fun and inspirational with special guest James Corden he’s lost 16lbs this year and Jennifer Garner. Lots of great tips and a little workbook to go through, I’m really glad I made the time to go, it lasted a couple of hours and I made Max a valentines card while it was on.

Max made an amazing curry for dinner for us all.
