Carport Collapse

Our tarp-covered carport collapsed sometime in the night, from the heavy weight of the snow. It didn't make a sound, at least not enough that we could hear. In the morning, I looked out the kitchen window right at it, but everything was so smoothly covered with undisturbed snow, that I didn't realize it had collapsed. Very strange to look at something and not register just what I was seeing. What a shock when I finally did There was so much weight on the Honda that it dented the top. We slowly scraped snow away and eventually could pull the tarps out into the street to roll them up until we can repair the bent frame. The Extra shows it as we were scraping the snow away.
