She wasn't too sure

We've both eaten sashimi before till it comes out of our ying yang, but it's always been in a restaurant. The salmon in this was bought frozen, and still raw., and that's what she expressed her doubts about. I was certain it would be fine.
I added some smoked salmon to the raw stuff along with green onions, thai sesame oil, sesame seeds, lemon juice, and avocado.
An instant hit! I'm a star, and a legend.

In other news, warmer weather and some light snow replaced those killer artic winds of the last few days. The snow was nothing to be concerned about though, not enough of it to cause any problems.

Ah well...
