7 degrees below Freezing

Not much happened today.......my iWatch is constantly telling me to Stand up or get moving.......but I don't seem to be listening.....my mind is willing but my body is weak.......or something like that.

It is cold.......we didn't get much more snow.......one more day of this and then it will warm up and we will be out and about again.

Get up......keep going.....stay active......do as I say, not as I do!!!
