I ran 6.5 miles pretty easy in the morning. Got head injected only 9 times today for the Aleopicia which seems to be fixing itself. Dr was pleased, it could go either way now!

Ear seems to be back where it was 6 weeks ago, ringing. Trying to get another appointment for the next stage.

Watched 3 episodes in a row of walking dead with Kris tonight and it is blowing my mind. Epic show! This is a quick shot of Kris with one of the flowers I bought her for her return.
