Cinamon buns... kind of...

I wanted to bake the shorovetide buns (laskiaispulla in finnish) and cinamon buns (korvapuusti) today. But I had to do them gluten free. So the end result was not what I expected. Buns were more like disks and the end result of the cinamon buns you can see in the photo. You can google the picture of korvapuusti so you can see how they should look like. I loughted so hard when I took these from the oven. Luckily taste was good!
