Sliiiiide

Absolutely freezing today. Started the day with a 5 mile run with the sis. It was supposed to be longer but the icy headwind was a killer.

After lunch we dragged two reluctant kids out for a walk but they loved sliding on the ice. We took flasks of hot drinks to stop our blood from freezing.

Now home to the warmth, the smell of slow roasting lamb and a lazy afternoon of...well, nothing.
