Soup
Yesterday, I made a veganised version of the broccoli and Stilton soup recipe in the booklet that came with the soup machine. Instead of the cheese, I added a block of silken tofu and served it with a generous swirl of surprisingly convincing Sacla vegan blue cheese salad dressing. It’s a really tasty soup.
Today, I had some for lunch, and Mr Perkins did the washing up.
