Progress

At a request from my Zoe Covid Research app I attended a walk in test today a few metres away from now superceded manual railway signal box. I dont have the recognised symptoms, but am a bit under the weather.

The crossing is not ideally placed now that the main A46 ring road is a couple of hundred metres away and often traffic backs up to block the A46 when the barriers are down. The barriers having been automated seems to have made things slightly worse and the new gates have got stuck closed a number of times certainly  when they were first installed.
