Shadows

After some considerable about of time Glinda is getting less scared of the outside world, I'm not overly sure why she doesn't like the outside world, perhaps she is too pampered at home, she has her own sofa in the living room, Charlotte (house mate) has made space on top of her wardrobe where she sits and she wants for nothing.

Or perhaps it's the memories of her of early days, you see I got Glinda and Elfy from a rescue centre down in Northampton, the two if them were brought in from a run down house where the owners along with there family had just neglected not only these two beautiful kittens but around 20 other animals ranging from dogs to snakes!

So I went with the pure intention of getting a cat, I had in my mind I was going to get a white cat, or ginger Tom as I'm grown up with these as a child, I'm was very firm about this, I rang up the centre who told me they had a pure white kitten so drive down to take a look, upon getting there I found out that the white kitten had gone and I was prepared to leave.
I'm not sure what made me look at the other cats or why I seemed to walk straight over to the girls, there were nearly six months old. I didn't have the heart to split them up on learning they were sisters and that there mother was no were to be found, so I ended up with two cats, I donated £160 to the centre, left and drove home.
Now the girls own my home. They sleep were ever they choose, want for nothing and get affection from everyone.
So I was pleased to see Glinda venture outside a little, I never want her to leave but I don't want her to be afraid of anything
